I couldn't have asked for better realtors than Steven and Jessica. We were first time home buyers and didn't know much about the process. They helped us and guided us at every turn. I asked a friend who they used to purchase a home and he suggested Steven and Jessica. Our friend let them know we were interested, and Jess contacted us the same day. Home buying was a great experience! Lots of smiles and laughter. I would totally recommend the team. Jessica and Steven Salazar knew our budget and worked very well within it. They understood what we needed in our home. We found our home after viewing only three. They were both very responsive to the many questions we had. Most everything was electronic, and I did 90% of the signing papers process from my phone. Jessica and Steven are AMAZING! They have a great personality and dynamic that's positively delightful and infectious. On top of that, THEY WILL FIGHT TO SEE YOU HAPPY! Jessica and Steven never gave up on helping me find a home in my price range, even when I was outbid what seemed like a million times, they never forced me into anything I felt I couldn't afford. It's easy to be honest with them. Jessica even went back over homes I'd looked at night after night, and it was actually one she suggested that I ended up in. They fought to make sure that my home was move-in ready when I needed to get out of my rental ASAP, and when I moved in and a few things didn't go precisely my way, they continued to fight for me, and even offered to pay money out of their own pocket to help me with a few fixes. They will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I have so many friends who are home-owners who have been astounded by how well Steven and Jessica have treated me. You will not find a more helpful team. On top of that, they recommended a lender to me that helped me secure over $12,000 in grant money!

I highly recommend Jessica for the following reasons. She has a proactive attitude and did a great job of marketing our home. Jessica looked after our best interests but the thing I was most impressed with is that she stayed in contact with us and walked us through ever question or concern we had. In the rapid paced market we are in right now, they were on top of it making sure to send me listings the second they went on the market. I work long hours and they were more then willing to accommodate that, doing showings at 9 pm and driving atleast a hour to do so. If one person on the team was busy they would make sure some one was available to assist with questions or a showtime that fit my schedule. At no time did I feel pressure to buy, I’ve worked with them in the past and they were willing to do research on some houses for me without realtor contracts or anything. Overall great people and willing to help however they can!
